Before InnPilot was software, it was a problem. Dhanushka Wickramasinghe runs Forest Face Lodge, a mid-range forest lodge beside a river in Gurudeniya, Kandy. Every night he juggled booking sites, WhatsApp messages, restaurant bills and a calendar that never quite matched.
The hotel systems on the market were built for chains, priced in dollars and full of features a lodge never uses. So he built his own. Every screen in InnPilot was tried on real guests at his own lodge first, and only kept if it saved time or made a stay better.
That's why InnPilot feels different. It's shaped by the same days you have: the late check-in, the early safari pickup, the guest who wants breakfast at 5 am. It was made by an owner who knows what small properties actually need.
